We’d been hoping to find a new home in North Caldwell for a couple of years and Nicole made it happen! Shortly after we first met, she let us know about a home that was a perfect fit. She got us in to see it before it went on the market, helped us prepare a competitive offer, and then sold our home in ten days (with multiple offers) after we won the eventual bidding war. You really can’t ask for much better, but she was also pleasant, professional, and fantastic about communication. She really went above and beyond and we are so grateful. We met Nicole on a chance encounter and are so grateful we did! We felt lucky to find a realtor who is neither pushy nor overbearing but still gets things done! Nicole knows the area well and if there is a location that is new to her she will quickly do the research needed to become an expert on it. No request is too big or small for Nicole.
